This site is the result of a group of people who met in January 2009 to figure out how to help ourselves through tough economic times, largely by becoming somewhat more self-reliant in terms of energy, food and transportation. The Sustainable Oxford Hills Energy group started meeting in February 2009. We have about 18 members each meeting with a total of over 20 members. You are welcome to join us! Connie Allen and Mike Dunn lead the meetings.
